Benxi Steel assistant factory manager Jiang Yunan said that Benxi Steel 2300 hot continuous rolling mill can produce 4.5 million tons high value-added products per year, and the export amount hit 0.8 million tons this year, with 30% growth year-on-year.
It is learnt that in the year 2011, Benxi Steel received 2.7 million tons export order, ranking the No. 1 steel export enterprise for two years.
Benxi Steel exported 2.8 million tons steel in 2010, with 185.7% increase compared with 0.95 million tons recorded in 2009.
